Given an input list return the number of even numbers.

What do you mean by "given"?
---- Standard input?
What do you mean by "input list"?
---- in what format? is it going to be comma separated input in standard input?

what do you mean by "return"?
---- print to standard output? or actually return?

  Level0 doesn't seem to work.

My program prints "Oh Deer" but it fails to pass the test.
I even tried printing "Oh Deer\n" without luck.
What exactly should the program do?

edit: even tried "Oh Deer!" and "Oh Deer!\n". None of them works.

Whenever I submit the code, it says "A runtime error was encoutered."
Is it just my problem?
